This project is the second phase of the NICE I Plaza which was completed in 2025. NICE II Plaza is an 11-storey office tower with a multi-story split-level parking structure. All commercial floors are configured as predominantly open-plan spaces, allowing tenants to customize layouts to suit varying organizational needs.
