Cynthia Kada Ngbale, CHRP, serves as the Customer Service commercialr and Administrative Assistant at El-Mansur Atelier Ltd. As the organisation's primary point of contact for clients and partners, she oversees the company's online and offline communications and supports the day-to-day administration that keeps the organization running smoothly.
With over twelve years of experience in customer service and administrative management, Cynthia is recognized for her professionalism, attention to detail, and strong relationship-building skills. She is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) with a Master of Arts degree from Liverpool John Moores University and a Bachelor's Degree in Film Arts and a Diploma in Mass Communication from the University of Jos.
