Our Projects
Below is a list of some of the projects that El Mansur Atelier has undertaken since 2001. The list portrays the wide range of clients we offer our architectural and engineering services.
NNPC Pension Fund

In collaboration with Siljay Concepts Limited, El-Mansur Atelier became part of the consultant team required to deliver the Housing Estate for the Incorporated Trustees of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation. It is a state of the art Terrace apartment of four units per block of 7, totaling 28 units altogether. Each unit has three bedrooms, with the master bedroom having an elaborate walk-in wardrobe, well finished bathrooms as well as top o f the range wall and floor finishes in all areas of the building. 2 boys-quarters in the basement, 2 number parking space per unit as well as a laundry.
The estate has a games building /club house, with a squash court as well as a swimming pool and lawn tennis court. The buildings are laid to revolve around a well landscaped children playground in the centre of the estate.
The estate is serviced with an underground water tank having an adjoining water treatment plant as well as 2 number synchronized power generating set.
Construction is at an advanced stage and is due for completion by March 2007.
Pinnacle Plaza
The design was approached as a simple arrangement of lettable spaces around an atrium space. Because of the importance given to functionality, there was a deliberate consideration for energy conservation in the area of ventilation and lighting in the building.
The external walls finishing is granite tiles having the front façade break the monotony with a curved curtain wall all through to the pent floor.
Inside the building there are three panoramic lifts located towards the rear. This forces the building users to pass by a few shops, which in the process will encourage them to patronize the shops.
Special consideration was given to parking spaces as this will also boost the general patronage of the plaza
PPPRA Headquarters

Tarmac Centre
In a bid to satisfy our client requirements, it became necessary to venture into building construction. In this light; El-Mansur Atelier Limited was founded which serves as a sister company to El-Mansur Atelier Co. Its second project is the Tarmac Centre. Presently under construction, Tarmac Centre is a four (4) storey Commercial development, the ground floor to the third floors made up of shops of varying sizes while the fourth is offices. The departmental store is attached to the left of the building and extends up to the fourth floor as well.
A visitor to the building is welcomed by a grandiose entrance concourse that extends up to the third floor. The access door leads into a corridor that terminates temporarily into an atrium that receives both light and ventilation from above, and then continues through another corridor that terminates right in front of the supermarket space.
Vertical movement is achieved through 4 number staircases located at strategic points and two panoramic lifts located to the left of the atrium.
The project is due for completion by April 2008.
- Tarmac Centre was designed by ARCTOOL an architectural firm in Lagos

Incar Plaza

Situated in a prime location in Abuja, the site is a corner piece having roads along the front and right sides. The building was conceived as a form evolving from a lower part which includes a basement parking forming a podium.
From the right side of the site is a view of the Abuja central Mosque with its elegant dome and high minarets. The front side of has a towering view of the headquarters of the Nigerian National Petroleum Ccorporation made up of four towers of mostly curtain wall exterior finish.
These views dictated the extensive use of reflective curtain glass wall on both the front and right side of the design. The design compliments the immediate environment and a deliberate use of curtain wall and granite will give it a strong character.
